I love how this kitchen has no upper cabinets.  Different.  I like the look myself.  I probably would have added a couple floating shelves if it were me.  This guy sold for a cool $1,135,000 in Princeton, NJ.  Hooray for Princeton!!  Very nice properties there.  Originally priced at $1,250,000, it's 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.  Check this guy out:

If you love older homes as much as me, this is going to blow you away.  Can some explain to me how that corner kitchen cab door works? 170 years old. Sold recently for $1,750,000. In Princeton, NJ.

Fancy Real Estate in Moorestown

Recently Sold in Moorestown for $919,000. Originaly priced at $1,090,000.  That's a bit of a discount. It was on the market for 79 days.  At least they didn't have to hold it and pay a few months worth of taxes and carrying costs. Taxes being over $17,000/yr. That's a bit of an expense.
