IPhone Stabilizer

Ever wonder how in a movie, they film the guy running up the stairs and the shot is perfectly still? I'm not going to get into the thousands of dollars that contraption must cost. But, this is the closest thing I can find for the IPhone that can allow me to step up when filming videos of my listings. Imagine driving through the neighborhood, filming the neighborhood then walking the entire property inside and out getting complete 360 degree shots of each room and covering every square inch of the house. I believe you can then truly say you are "pre-qualifying" all buyers before they take their first step into the property. If a buyer views this video, then makes an appointment to see the home in person, you know you have an interested buyer. This will waste less of a seller’s time, having to step out for hours at a time when their home is being shown and almost guarantee them better results. Basically, I need one and will be ordering one.

Wide Angle Lens for the IPhone?

I am reaching out to you guys on this one...  I have been doing some research on wide angle lenses for the IPhone and my Canon point n shoot. I have found a couple company's that make them. You get a sticky ring like washer that attaches to the camera/phone and the wide angle lens, like a magnet, sticks to it. I watched a bunch of YouTube videos on the products and they seem to work fine. If anyone has any experience with these lenses I would love to hear from you.  Photographers?  Need a little help...

I was looking into these...

If anyone has any thoughts, I would love to hear them.
Thank-You..

Check this out...  I need to step up my game...

No way am I going to "PAY" for this service. I am sure with a little work and searching I can find a free way to do it. How is that for DIY?

I need to do a little research on getting a Wide Angle lens for the IPhone 4 as well as find a good Image Stabilizer. I picked up an App last night after experimenting around the house with taking videos on the phone. I got the "Movie Stiller" App from the ITunes store. I think it was $4 and I am really disappointed with it. Barely does anything to stabilize the video. So, back to searching online.
The goal here is to end up with something as professional looking as this:

Even though I am currently useing still images, panning them around to make videos with text and music that clients love and do a great job grabbing a buyers interest, this will be a step forward to bigger and better.  I think the 2 keys are the Image Stabilizer and a Wide Angle attachment for the IPhone.  And again…  I will do all that I can to find it all for free, well the Wide Angle lens I may have to pay for.
